I was first hired as an HTML/CSS coder, but quickly moved to Project Manager. My duties are to act as liaison between our clients and our various departments, overseeing each project to assure it comes in on time, on budget and to the client’s specifications. A particular and necessary skill for this position is the ability to listen to the client’s verbal description of the look and feel they want and then to translate that into language our designers can use to deliver just what the client had in mind. Prior to that, I maintained 25 blogs and 5 news websites as well as being responsible for new website construction and content creation. I designed and executed HTML emails for marketing the business and built the list of leads to whom we send them. In addition, I was involved in keyword research, metadata creation and implimentation, link building and all other aspects of SEO and SEM. Further, I created a very successful Media Sales Kit for Law Promo, Inc. and I was also charged with bringing new business to the company.

As their Webmaster/IT person, I handled all website related matters as well as creating HTML email campaigns, SEO and SEM. My duties as a loan officer required a thorough knowledge of legal documents and specialized software as well as MS Office and various lending specific applications. I was responsible for finding borrowers and arranging their loans from start to finish.

Employed in the On-Air Promotions dept., I was to view the upcoming week’s programming and write humorous interstitials (Pop-Ups) for each show and convert the MSWord file to a Kyron compatible format. Familiarity with Digi Beta decks was also required.

Field recruiter. My job was to find and interview people and qualify them to participate in test screenings of feature films. I was occasionally called upon to analyze the results of the audience surveys.

The company is no longer in operation, but while it was, I created, bought and sold seller financed home loans. Again, a thorough knowledge of the necessary legal documents was required as well as the ability to successfully negotiate large financial transactions.
SKILLS
Hand-coded HTML, XHTML and CSS. Dreamweaver CS3, Photoshop CS3, some Javascript, some PHP/My SQL, BBEdit/TextWrangler. I have experience with MS Word, Outlook, Excel, and Quicken in both PC and Mac platforms. I have strong verbal and writing skills along with an eye for detail. I enjoy working with people and learning new skills. I am excellent at multi-tasking. I am a member of SAG, AFTRA and AEA.
